Accurate details, kept safe

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please give accurate details and keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for orders placed from your account.

You need to be 18 or over to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it with you.

Made by hand, so no two are identical

Many KASA pieces are handloom-woven, block-printed or hand-finished. Small variations in weave, print alignment and dye shade are a sign of that work, not a defect.

We photograph every piece in natural light, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

Measurements in our size guide are body measurements; allow for a small tolerance in finished garments.

In rupees, taxes included

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before dispatch and either confirm the correct price with you or cancel the order with a full refund.

How an order is confirmed

After you place an order you'll get an email acknowledging it. The order is confirmed when we dispatch it.

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery. We may limit cash on delivery for some orders or pincodes.

We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, fails our quality check, or if we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, you'll get a full refund.

Please ask before you borrow

The KASA name and logo, our designs, photographs and writing belong to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy, reproduce or sell our content without written permission.

Please don't misuse the site — for example by trying to break its security, scraping it automatically, or placing fraudulent orders.

What we're responsible for

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier network disruptions.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Indian law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

If these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
